COVID-19: Grubhub is here to support your restaurant
Restaurants are the lifeblood of our communities, and we’re committed to doing everything we can to help your operators and franchisees weather the uncertainty from the COVID-19 outbreak. Delivery and pickup are essential to continuing to feed people, and as long as restaurants are offering delivery and curbside services, we will be there to deliver food to diners.
Grubhub Community Relief Fund
We’ve created the Grubhub Community Relief Fund, which is also available on our NYC-specific brand Seamless, to help provide financial relief for our drivers and restaurants during this challenging time. With this fund, all of our diners’ Donate the Change contributions will go to charitable organizations that support our community impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, and we’re working to identify the best organizations to accomplish our mission.
Additionally, we rolled out a Contact-free Delivery feature at checkout so diners can add an additional safeguard when ordering. For the safety of drivers and diners, drivers will call/text the diner when they arrive and drop off an order on the doorstep, in the lobby, or another designated area.
Open for Pickup
We’re also encouraging diners to order pickup as another great alternative to dining in—with less person-to-person contact.
Our internal teams are constantly monitoring the situation as it is changing by the hour across the country, and we’ll be sure to communicate any additional updates or information. If you’re an existing Enterprise restaurant partner, please reach out to your Account Advisor for resources or with questions.
Our hearts go out to everyone who has been impacted by this worldwide crisis.
